Magnet Residential Center

Ne bashkepunim me Studio Libeskind, Kontakt ltd eshte duke planifikuar dhe projektuar nje zone te gjere rezidenciale me rreth 800 apartamente, me nje hapesire nga 50 ne 200 meter katror. Kjo zone rezidenciale eshte projektuar afer qendres se qytetit, ne nje hapesire rreth 40.000 meter katrore. Ndertesat jane te perbera nga dy kulla ne qender qe do te sherbejne si hapesire tregetare, te rrethuara nga ndertesa jo me te larta se 5-6 kate

In cooperation with STUDIO Libeskind, KONTAKT ltd is planning and developing a large residential neighborhood of roughly 800 apartments, ranging in size from 50 to 200 square meters. The residential development will be build quite near the city center, in an area of more than 40,000 square meters. The buildings are composed of two towers in the center which will be used for commercial space, surrounded by smaller buildings no higher than 5–6 floors.
